spreadsheet-arific

OK so the resolutions are up in their entirety, and yes I already know I’m odd. Certainly at some point the tracking mechanism with magically vanish and I’ll pretend like it was never there or started to avoid embarrassment and ridicule of my friends and family. Also because I love the liberal NPR and listen nearly every time I’m in the car I heard about a Professor from the UK that was studying people and their New Year’s resolutions. The study is tracking people all over the world and how effective they are in keeping their resolutions. Like most people who set out to do great things in the New Year, I’ll probably end up in the failing percentage. I hope you all love spreadsheets because that is how I track things and it needs to be easy for me.

On the subject of resolutions I’d loved to hear about yours and how I might help you achieve them. I’m obviously attempting the "inform the public" approach to see if I hold myself to a higher standard when everyone knows. Speaking of all the things we want to do in the New Year, I put new strings on the guitar the other night and now I just need to tune and start jamming, oh yeah! Class starts in a couple weeks and I need to be ready to go Stevie Ray Vaughn on their asses.

this is wonderful! i like your tracking dealy. :)

these are very achievable goals, so quit it with the negativity! there's no room for it in marathon training. :)

best of luck.

i still have no direction for 2007, but when i find something you can help with, you'll be the first to know! :)
