i'm a gadget whore

Being the gadget and Mac whore that I am, I'm stoked that Apple is releasing a phone, but not just a phone its an iPhone. Almost as cleverly named as iShit. The iPhone will provide, phone, texting, camera, internet, music, and everything else you could imagine with the possibility of automated ass wiping in the near future. The phone has basically all the current cell phone functions and the integration of the celluar internet access (Cingular Edge, Sprint PCS...) with a very nice design (according to the website) running OS X. That is right OS X, eat it bitches OS X is going to take over the world thus throwing the operating system debate on its head where everyone will bitch about OS X and cool people will run sick OS'es like OpenBSD. The only thing that I'm upset but not suprised about is that Cingular will be the sole carrier for the new Apple iPhone. I was in the market for a new phone but I think I'm going to ride it out until Verizon carries the iPhone then I'll get it, if the price is reasonable, because really what good is a sweet phone if your carriers sucks monkey nuts.
